Job Description

Lead and provide strategic guidance on handling legal matters of the company

Manage all the company’s legal activities, both administration and operations (litigation and non-litigation)

Provide day-to-day legal support for cross-functional departments, including support associated with business teams, product developments, operational matters, and international expansion of the products

Advising on general business law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas of the company, including but not limited to corporate matters, procurement, IPs, security, and others
Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university with major in Business Law;

Must have minimum 4 years working experience as a senior associate in a Law firm with specialization in corporate and commercial matters, preferably with its major clients are financial institutions or fintech services companies;

Diligence and attention to detail;

Creative problem-solving ability;

Good written and verbal communication in English;

Confidence and great negotiating skills;

Drafting and amending contracts;

Reviewing and overseeing business in legal contract aspects;

Excellent interpersonal-facing skills;

Plus point if you have experience in Legal Compliance or Legal Litigation

Plus point if you Having a PERADI license and/or masters degree
