Job Description
Design the search and recommendation operation mechanism to drive customer mindset and commercial strategy:
3. Setup search and recommendation traffic engagement mechanism from sellers and commercial team; connect user journey with supply insights, product quality evaluation, product selection, blue ocean markets;
4.Strengthen key customer segment’s mindshare operation to diversify user experience (e.g. better serve Fashion / FMCG /General Merchandise users)
5. Leverage AI in customer penetration strategy across scenarios (search page, homepage JFY, product detail page JFY, etc.) to improve all user products’ metrics, incl. visits, experience, CTR, retention, etc; Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you may ideally have:
1. Ideally 6+ years’ product management experience in the buyer products
2.Strong educational background in Business Operation / Economics /Computer Science / Statistics
3.Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographic locations. Good understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets; Experiences in customer operation, user product design, online e-commerce shopping platforms
4.Data-driven, self-motivated leader, can-do attitude, open mindset.
Bachelor Degree majoring in Information Technology or related.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Fluent in English is advantage.
Memiliki SIM A. Aktif (SIM B1 diutamakan).
Paham dan menguasai area Jabodetabek, Karawang dan Serang.
Pengalaman membawa mobil barang (Engkel, Box), mobilâ¦
Familiar in web design is aplus.
At least bachelor degree in Visual Communication Design or equivalent.
Both fresh graduate or experiences person are welcome.
