Job Description

In this role, you will perform and provide a comprehensive Failure Analysis during the development stage, production low yield, or a Customer return analysis for root cause investigation.
In your new role you will:
  • Perform electrical failure analysis related to Production support and Customer return.
  • Identify failed elements through a hands-on analysis
  • Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of the issue
  • Provide feedback with sustainable solutions for corrective actions
  • Seek automation and improvement opportunities for equipment
  • Conduct routine checks on systems to avoid failures
  • FA Digitalization interface.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in database management and reporting
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to accuracy
  • The ability to work to deadlines in a team-oriented environment is essential.
  • Familiar with Digitalization topic
