Responsible in managing a cluster of brands assigned
Taking brand ownership and provide the vision and strategies in managing as well as growing the brand to achieve Company Target
Responsible for business planning and delivering the result; including sales planning, budgeting, and inventory planning
Develop Merchandise Strategy to ensure the achievement of sales strategies
Work alongside in delivering operational excellent through CRM, quality manpower/sales team, training & customer service in order to meet brand objective. • Driving the brand growth by focusing on building awareness and as well as business development across channel
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree holder from a reputable University
Minimum 3 year experience in any of the following areas: Merchandising & Planning Skills, Project Management, Added advantage if have prior experience with data-warehouse, SAP, business planning tools
Advanced/Intermediate Excel Skills: ability to handle large set of complex data and model it as per requirement
Excellent team player, cheerful, energetic & positive personality
Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, comfortable working with different levels of people
Extremely high degree of attention to details
