Key responsibilities:
Answers the telephone, transferring calls and taking messages as appropriate
Updates and maintains databases such as mailing lists and supplier contacts
Supports the team in the production of documents, reports and correspondence and presentations
Maintains databases and files for the team
Archives projects and maintains records
Manages logistics for internal meetings and events
Review invoices received from vendors for properly coding, calculation has been done properly and align with the contract.

Call Center & Service experienced (Fresh graduate may apply).
Handling inquiry, complain and request from customer.
Servicing with patient and pleasure.
