To provide competent and sound legal support in a practical, efficient and timely manner.
To review contracts including but not limited to local and regional customers, service level agreements, and sales/service transactions.
To negotiate with customers on legal issues and work to resolve any related matters arising between customers and the Company as per approval of the management of the Group.
To provide legal advice and support and work with the Company’s internal customers including but not limited to Finance, Sales and Marketing, Legal (including labour, tax and corporate activities).
To coordinate and cooperate with related organizations if so instructed and lawyers within the Group on any legal matter and any other matters as assigned by Immediate Superior.
To raise and highlight any major or significant legal issues to the immediate superior.
To take on any projects or tasks deemed appropriate and assigned by Immediate Superior. This may include but is not limited to projects relating to corporate secretarial matters, regulatory, organization structure, or any direct or indirect legal-related matter.
To attend meetings in cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of the legal areas relevant to digital business, including contracting.
Ability to understand and take account of business drivers and needs, and to draft a contract with appropriate understanding and interpretation of the business and commercial intentions.
Strong influencing, negotiating and facilitation skills.
Exposure to international civil and/or common law contracts.
Ability to develop and sustain relationships with people at all levels and in a range of cultures.
