Job Description

Manage unknown incident / issue relate to Server, Storage and Backup System and perform root cause analysis to identify RCA within SLA

Perform regularly maintenance to prevent system crash or incident relate to Server, Storage and Backup System

Manage capacity and system readiness relate to Server, Storage and Backup System.

Perform periodic technology update and performance review regarding system performance

Manage and execute deployment for change relate to Server, Storage and Backup System through ticketing system and executing within SLA and ensure process quality.

Perform software and firmware update relate to Server, Storage and Backup System to prevent incident / system crash.

Provide spare part management for any hardware failure
Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Computer Science of Information Technology.

At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Good communication skill & Good attitude

Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

Proficient with networking hardware and software (e.g. TCP/IP, Internet , Networking, familiar with SAN, Storage IBM, HP, EMC)

Required skill(s): Linux Server, Networking (internet protocols (including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks), Back Up System, Storage, Server, SAN Switch

Have knowledge of Server and network security, including Security hardening, VPN

Preferably skill(s): Database, Programming , OpenLDAP and Jira.

Available 24/7 as well as to work off hours / weekend for remote support and on-call duties and also on-customer site
