  • Have min. 2 years of experiences in GA's area (building, maintenance & preventive maintenance) is a must.
  • Taft and hard working person.

Job Description

  • Ensure that the physical facilities and infrastructure of the company/company assets (buildings, workspaces, drinking water, office equipment, gardens and lockers are well maintained)
  • Monitor the implementation of licensing management: IMB, HO, UPL-UKL, mandatory report for companies, billboards, waste, BKPMD and BPS)
  • Make a plan for preventive maintenance in company's facilities and infrastructure.
