Manage all incoming entries across channels including phone calls and emails

Follow-up of customer experience with various programs

Answer questions, suggestions, and remarks from customers

Receiving and dealing with customer claims

Facilitate community and program coordination

Manage participants ticketing during events

Host zoom webinar if needed

Prepare merchandises (e.g. goodie bags) for community members
Fresh graduate or final year student from any major

Accustomed to work with data and numbers

Attention to detail

Must have strong, friendly, and upbeat verbal and written communications skills

Ability to remain cool, calm, collected and organized, even in times of high volume

Ability to empathize is a must

Must be proficient operating common channels program such as social media, chat, phone, both mobile and laptop

Available for 6 months internship program
