Responsibilities and Tasks:

Reliability and Electrical Testing experiences for semiconductor products (SSD/NAND/DRAM, etc)
  • Experience in manufacturing shopfloor system
  • Experience in lab working environment / production test environment
  • Specific process if candidate have experience
  • HAST Loading & Current Monitoring
  • Chamber loading/unloading (TC/HTS/THS)
  • Reflow oven loading
  • CS AM Test
  • Mechanical Shock Test
  • Vibration Temp Cycle (VTC)
  • SMT6 Testing for qual units
  • AQL Test (Electrical Test) for Component (DRAM & NAND) Qual and RPM
  • SWRC Operation (inventory management) - MAM splitting / receiving / shipping / sampling

Requirements:
  • Able to speak and read, write in basic English
  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent level
