Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all daily transactions.
  • Process invoices.
  • Update internal systems with financial data.
  • Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Assist with financial audits.
  • Conduct a review and implementation of financial policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fresh graduate or Final year student in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics is preferred.
  • Possess knowledge of matters related to finance, accounting, and financial regulations.
  • Experienced in using financial software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Have sharp time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Have strong ethics and be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to commit for a four-month full-time internship program from August 15, 2022 to December 23, 2022
