We are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor who is responsible for the execution and monitoring of production activity in all aspects, includes compliance, schedule, manpower, safety, process readiness, as well as projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing production activity, in regards to daily production output (yield, cycle time, OEE), prepare related document (MBR, Work Instruction), control and execute training/skill assessment for operator and observe skill in line, and provides detailed and valid procedures of setting, running and challenge test of all machineries.
  • Execute and monitor project in production area, by developing improvements to achieve the KPI, performs trouble shooting for any issues in documentation, materials and machineries and coordinate with related department, and support investigation/reporting.
  • Monitor production activity, ensure comply to GMP and EHS requirement, ensure all rooms, documents, equipment, machineries and manpower are ready for production process, monitor implementation of 5S, and analyse the production output.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

  • Pharmacist background.
  • At least 2 years experiences supervising and leading activities in Production Areas in Pharmaceutical Company
  • Have knowledge for GMP in Pharmaceutical Company
  • English Proficiency both Oral and Written
  • Computer Literacy in at least Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate high standards of compliance
  • A consistent, demonstrable track record on performance
