Job Description

Responsibilities
  • To report to line leader and production supervisor
  • To do line clearance and preparation for machine and raw materials ready for production
  • To do cleaning and sanitization to machine, equipment, and tools required for mixing process
  • To ensure machine is in clean, and maintained in good condition for production
  • To do record for any required documentation for production
  • To do verification, and any other procedure required for production
  • To check the produced goods’ quality is meeting the quality requirement with alignment with IPQC
  • To Ensure that health and safety laws are followed.
  • To report any hazards to EHS or direct supervisor
  • To do 5S in the working area
  • To do continuous improvement for QEHS management system
  • To implement Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Document Practice
Requirements
  • 1 year experienced as mixing operator in cosmetics industry or pharmaceutical company
