Job Description

Responsible to achieve Bancassurance target with bank partner in assigned Area and responsible for recruitment and development of Financial Advisor.
Having minimum 5 years of working experience and 3 years of working experience as leader in Insurance or Banking Industry.

Minimum bachelor degree

Having Insurance Basic Knowledge and Financial Planning is preferable

Able to use Microsoft Office

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Willing to be placed in Surabaya
