Job Description

Searching potential strategic locations for stores and vending machines by doing survey and providing analysis about the proposed location

Negotiation with landlords to get the best deal for new sites and contract renewal

Working closely with legal team in regards to any feedback about the lease agreements

Prepare necessary paperwork (Letter of Offering, Confirmation Letter and Lease Agreements)

Maintain and update listings of available properties (pipeline update)

Maintain good relationship with landlords
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson

Proven track of successful sales record

Good knowledge of the local property.

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

Pleasant and trustworthy
