The Account Manager will provide support to the sustainable business growth of the Total Distributor Force and Leadership in the respective Areas through Data Analysis, Strategic Account Management, and Higher Award Tracking & Rules of Conduct.
Providing data-driven consultative support and service to high-value ABO accounts to achieve business objectives
Leveraging qualification data to generate insights
Educating actionable steps and measuring their performance
Managing all stages of the account management process, by:
Conducting detailed analysis
Collaborating in development of measurable action plans
Monitoring ABO accounts to ensure they achieve business goals
Serving as an account team member and support the Senior Sales Manager in :
Providing support in implementing business strategies
Leading in the execution of strategy
Conducting ABO development activities, including: Regular relationship building at Amway events
Knowledge of Account Management
Knowledge of Project/Program Administration
Knowledge of Business Process Improvements
Have a good Communication Skills, Consulting and Coaching Skills
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration with emphasis on Sales/Marketing or related field
At least 1 year in the Sales field
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in key account management
