  • Laki-laki/Perempuan, Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan berasal dari Jurusan Komunikasi, Marcomm, Jurnalistik, atau Bahasa)
  • Pengalaman min. 2 tahun dibidang yang sama
  • Familiar dan terbiasa menggunakan berbagai platform media sosial
  • Memahami dasar-dasar komunikasi, media sosial, dan penulisan
  • Konseptual, Komunikatif, Good Attitude
