Job Descriptions:
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with customers/tenants.
  • Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communication.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or shopping center.
  • Have the ability to create promotional content for tenants on multi social media platforms.
  • Used to working with predefined deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literate (Ms.Office).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.
  • Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta.
