Job Description

Assist the department in the procurement process.

Update procurement status report.

Coordinating with sales team regarding Petty Cash or Forecast, etc.

PO creation and invoicing follow-up.

Reviewing, comparing, analyzing products and services to be procured.

Following and ensuring the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student from any major, with no class to attend.

Civil or Industrial Engineers with max. 1-year experience are welcome to apply.

Able to work meticulously, and detail-oriented.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good in English both written and oral are preferable.

Proficient in operating Ms. Office family. ( a-must )

Willing to be placed in our Head Office (Sudirman, Central Jakarta).

Available to join as soon as possible.
