Our client is a Fortune Global 500 company with strong presence in providing consulting and processing services.

Assess the current Shared Services Organization to create a strategy and vision around the development and documentation of future state process flows, to identify needed organizational and workflow changes.
Lead integration projects, Able to develop, and manage team while delivering business results
Define and enlarge the scope of services to be shared for regional purposes (efficiency, security and cost benefits)
Able to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems/issues and provides alternative scenarios.
Able to develop and manage key internal/external client relationship across sphere of influence as well to ensure achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones

At least 10 years experience of Finance & Accounting scope of work (managerial & management reporting experience in Multinational Company background
Deep understanding of shared services organizations and models.
Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies and applicable regulation.
Wide-range of experience in the areas of finance and accounting, business operation, human resource, supply chain and program management.
Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with senior levels in the organization.
Ability to develop innovative solutions to complicated process issues in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action. A collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation.
Able to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
