Job description:
  • Control, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the production process & preparation of materials/supports effectively & efficiently
  • Plan & control overtime effectiveness
  • Perform administrative work (check daily reports foreman & machine supervisor)
  • Plan, control & evaluate employee performance
  • Planning the storage of finished products before being transferred to the related department

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years experience in manufacturing
  • Have the ability of HR management, operational management & basic theory of production process
  • Have factory operational experience
  • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
