Job Description

Default Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) Performing network maintenance and system upgrades Job Descriptions
  • Support, configure, conduct maintenance and modifying networks and infrastructures for internal and customers
  • Knowledge of network equipment skills (certain OS knowledge also preferred)
  • Desire to learn and develop all necessary technical skills related
  • Strong analytical thinking related with networks and infrastructures and provide solutions
  • Strong skills in working with customers and communication
  • Experience in IT regarding the support and resolution of any network and infrastructure issues
  • Ability to multi-task and work remotely
  • Escalate to higher level of any related issue that need certain attention
Qualification
  • Minimum Diploma degree with technical background (preferably Electrical or Information Technologies)
  • 2 years or more in Network Operation Center is preferred
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Any network related certification is a plus
  • Good network Technical skill, initiative, creative and multi-tasking
