Requirement :

  • Minimum education S1 all majors
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
  • Have leadership skills, integrity, communicative and likes challenges
  • Have creativity and innovation in product development

Job Description :

  • Prepare the planning and schedule of the production process
  • Monitor the production process and adjust the schedule as needed
  • Ensure the achievement of production quality and quantity as well as the accuracy of the completion of the production process schedule
  • ·Estimating production costs and setting quality standards
  • Understand the production flow, master the GARMENT field (including understanding the types and characters of materials and understanding patterns)
  • Analyze and improve production processes that are less efficient/effective
  • Responsible for production process activities
