Job Description

Submit and revise invoice documents

Input daily inbound in GSheet and HRIS

Raise PR from procurement notification in HRIS

Record PO already generated from procurement

Create report inbound, daily cycle count, daily stock on hand, and report pending PO
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (fresh graduates are welcome)

Having experience as admin purchasing / admin inbound warehouse is preferred

Advance in using Ms. Excel / Gsheet and detail oriented

Willing to work in contract-based (6 months)

Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta and able to join immediately
