Job Description

  • Melakukan proses rekrutmen dari awal hingga akhir (pemasangan iklan, seleksi CV, psikotes, wawancara, dan skoring)
  • Memproses penerimaan karyawan baru dan dokumen administrasi serta kelengkapannya sesuai dengan standart yang sudah ditentukan
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim dan user.
  • Memastikan kebutuhan departemen terpenuhi sekaligus memantau MPP tiap departemen.

Kualifikasi:

  • Memiliki kemampuan sourcing yang kuat dan mahir menggunakan berbagai job portal untuk mencari kandidat potensial
  • Mampu melakukan wawancara BEI pada para kandidat
  • Mampu melakukan wawancara Massal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan khusus
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel dan Powerpoint).
  • Memiliki kepribadian jujur, menyenangkan, loyalitas, komunikatif, multitasking, aktif, berpikir kritis & memiliki service mindset.
  • Berpengalaman di rekrutmen Led=bih di utamakan
  • Pengalaman di OS
