Job Description

Support Industrial Relation & Policy Role

Job Descriptions:

Assist & support People Operations to analyze, develop & implement the company policy

Assist & support People Operations to simplify the communication tools / Communication design regarding company policy/company updates

Assist & support People Operations to maintain employee information system (Intranet)

Assist & support People Operations to analyze employee inquiry data

Requirements:

Able to commit for internship for at least 6 months
Comfortable with communicating in English, both written and spoken
Undergraduate student preferably from law or public administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Detail oriented, willing to learn, team player attitude, and self-motivated

Support Mobility & Employee Wellbeing Role

Job Descriptions:

Assist & support People Operations to, develop & execute & maintain employee wellbeing programs

Assist & support People Operations to analyze employee mobility data

Requirements:

Able to commit for internship for at least 6 months
Willing to work from office (Jakarta)
Undergraduate student preferably from communication, visual communication, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Creative and experience in creating design contents. Experience in organizing events would be a plus
