  • Malang
  • FMCG
  • 3 years of experience in In-Process Quality Control and Product Quality Engineering

  • Find problems and solve them in time, organize regular seminars on product quality analysis, propose systematic solutions, and supervise the implementation.
  • Implement the company's management regulations, requirements and tasks regarding product quality, and be responsible for organizing the formulation, inspection, supervision, control and implementation of quality management and inspection standards and other management systems.
  • Training and improving the ability of team members to analyze and solve problems and improving the construction of the quality talent pipeline

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience at least 8 years in multinational company in FMCG, Electronic, Pharmacetical industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in In-Process Quality Control and Product Quality Engineering, preferably now as Senior Quality Manager
  • Skilled in using quality tools, solving quality problems systematically, maintaining and improving the quality system.
  • Excellent in English and Structural communication
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Leadership, Good Confidence, Outspoken & Proactive
