Job Description

Summary

  • To assist in the implementation of the annual hotel’s Sales Strategy (goals, tactics and actions)
  • To achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, and contribute to Food and Beverage, and all other revenue departments.
  • To ensure that the sales activities are aligned with the Corporate Sales and Marketing Strategy and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate
  • To represent the Sales function at different meetings in the absence of the Director of Sales.
  • To ensure sales files and systems have correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting programmed history, sales call activities, contractual agreements, room block analysis, credit and payment document, etc.
  • Proactively contact a contracted agency, local DMC, overseas WHLA to follow up on their production, renew the contract if necessary, launch a special offer to dynamic selling strategy.

Qualifications

  • Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
  • Previous pre-opening experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
  • Strong in leadership and business acumen
  • Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
