Job Description:

Assist with the development & implementation of External Communications/Public Relations plans in consultation with senior management
Assist with written materials, including article development, Q&As, presentations, and social media content.
Develop, localize and translate communications materials to English, or vice versa
Manage and coordinate media engagements with/for the company's spokespeople
Help coordinate media outreach & coverage with media releases, TV/radio interviews, feature stories, PSAs, press conferences, etc
Monitor and develop performance reports for External Communications efforts
Identify new trends and insights, and create new and creative communications strategies
Maintain databases of key media contacts
Handle documents with legal and finance teams for existing and potential media partners
Coordinate photography for/of events, activities, etc. for use in publications, media, etc. and ensure appropriate releases are signed and filed; maintain graphics & photo file

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of communications experience working on both internal and external campaigns. Experience in a communications agency is preferred
Impressive interpersonal & communication skills, discipline, and able to work well collaboratively
Native proficiency in spoken & written English
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to deliver quality work while managing multiple projects
Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills
Creative, driven, tapped into cultural events, tech, and e-commerce trends
Solid analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify trending topics
