About the Role
It's said that a company is only as great as the people who embody the mission of the organization. As a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team at the Holding company, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Recruiting wheel of our GoTo Group. You'll network on/offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and reduce our time-to-hire. We are looking for someone who can effectively shorten the time between touchpoints with candidates from the first conversation to the offer/reject stage and use the interview panelists' time and effort effectively.
What You Will Do
Work closely with business leaders, executive assistants, and recruiters to understand the staffing requirements and specific job objectives
Prioritize, plan and schedule interviews for diverse roles to ensure a smooth interviewing experience
Manage the ATS and keep it up to date
Coordinate and maintain calendar invites (until we work remotely) and, on-site interviews for when office resumes
Maintain a complete record of interviews and scheduling data
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting and scheduling methods and best practises
What You Will Need
At least 1-2 years of work experience as a recruitment coordinator or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Works with a high sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and actively within a team environment
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems/candidate management systems will be ideal
