Job Description

  • Main contact during incident management and ensuring incident closure by liaising with other relevant divisions and update internal stakeholders until closure.
  • Plan and conceptualizes security plan and lead/support the quality of the site security and compliance initiatives as well as DC network oversight.
  • Act as owner representative for Data Center network related architecture, physical security, and Audit subject matter expert for Data Center Fleet.
  • Act as internal auditor role to ensure site ops adhere to company's policies and SOP (operational excellence).
  • Guide in driving change management meeting for all data center sites.
  • Monitor service management, measuring, tracking, and reporting on operation performance.
  • Plan for Data Center Facility audit requirement for all sites and support audit preparation, ensuring certifications are achieved and retained.
  • Plan and prepare RFP or other documents needed for project budget/bids/tenders.
  • Oversee and lead new/on-going progress, health, or other required reports for management.
  • Plan the roadmap of admin portal initiative and lead to completion
  • Plan and prepare company's tender requirement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT courses.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a Data Center environment related to physical security with 2 years at managerial capacity
  • Experience in leading ISO/ISMS certification program
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Communicate effectively with Chinese-based companies
  • Experience in incident management, problem management, change management, energy management and capacity management.
