Job Description

Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles

Advertise open positions & Source potential candidates from any available sources

Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary

Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates

Perform re-screening calls to analyse applicants' abilities (includes reviewing candidate's job experiences, negotiating salaries,and placing candidates in agreeable employment position)
Strong analytical and planning skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Start-up Enthusiast

3 Months contract and there is an opportunity to be a fulltime employee if well performed
