Job Description

Creating payroll data base and encoding employee data;

Classifying payroll input or source documents i.e: time sheets and overtime authorization forms;

Processing payroll data i.e: calculating overtime based on manpower laws or company policies, determination of gross and net pays, and calculating the monthly employee income tax, social security programs, pension and other statutory deductions using in-house develop software;

Preparation and delivery pay slips;

Provision of appropriate payroll reports;

Arranging electronic payment of salaries direct to employee’s bank account (if required);

Assisting to remit of employee income tax to state treasury, if required;

Registration social security programs (BPJS Labor & BPJS Health);

Reporting of monthly income tax return, BPJS Labor & Health to tax office and BPJS office;

Regular updates on important payroll related dates;

Prompt response to all queries;
Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00

Min experience one year at related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Have a good communication skil
